Irene has worked in a daycare setting while meeting families with various backgrounds. Some were newcomers to Canada. Some were looking for a new place for new family members. She has learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all children working as an early childhood educator and as a volunteer at a training centre for children with ADHD, and a church that supports orphans.
